When customers purchase products from MLVISION, if they need return and exchange services, they can apply for return and exchange in the order details starting from the actual date of receipt of the goods. The return or exchange request can be made in the order details (for the specific process, please refer to the 'Services - Return Policy’).

一、15-day Return and Exchange Standard of Products
If the customer does not unseal the product packaging within 15 days after receipt, they can apply for a return or exchange within 15 days. The product must be ensured to remain undamaged during the return process.
二、Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Scenario
1、15 days after the actual receipt of the product.
2、Damage to the appearance, quality or function of the product during the trial within 15 days after the actual receipt of the product.
3、The accessories are lost during the trial process within 15 days after the actual receipt of the product.
4、The product is damaged during the return process.
5、The original packaging of the product is lost or damaged.
Note: Subject to the actual return of products received by MLVISION.
MLVISION shall only bear the freight charges for return and exchange caused by problems with the appearance, quality, and function of the products themselves based on the "Product User Manual" of MLVISION. If there are no problems with the appearance, quality, and function of the products themselves, and the return and exchange are caused by other reasons, the customer shall bear the freight charges for returning the products.
Special Note: Customized products are not returnable or exchangeable.
