K9 Corner cube prisms are often used for collimation and can reflect the light or beam that reaches the prism surface back. Through three reflections, the corner cube prism reflects the image or beam back to the original direction. Even if the incident angle is not zero, the beam or image will be inverted and reflected by 180°. The corner cube prism is not affected by alignment and is very suitable for retroreflective optical components.
K9 Optical glass is an optical material with excellent wide-spectrum transmission. It has a high transmittance from 350 nm to 2000 nm, high hardness, and can withstand various physical and chemical stimuli. It has a low content of bubbles and impurities, so it is often used as the base of various optical components to make various precision optical components.

◆ Application Area
◇ Michelson interferometer:The self-compensation feature of the conical reflector can eliminate the instrument's inclination error and enhance the measurement stability. It is suitable for precise optical experiments in the laboratory.
◇ Optical calibration target: A calibration reference is fabricated using the reflection property, which is used for correcting the distortion of optical lenses.
◇ Optical Communication: In free-space optical communication (FSO), the conical prism acts as a relay reflector, enhancing the stability of signal transmission and reducing the impact of path deviations.
◇ Laser resonator: Polarization-preserving angle-conical prism (with fully dielectric phase film) is used for self-calibrating laser, solving the problem of out-of-tune in traditional resonators and improving the quality of the output beam.
◇ Vehicle-mounted optical system: Wide-angle lens combined with conical reflector enhances the environmental perception capability of autonomous driving, such as the enhancement of laser radar echoes.
